As the founder and owner of Wise Choices Financial, LLC, Mark is focused on helping clients work toward their retirement dreams through a well-thought-out financial strategy for retirement.

Since 2002, Mark has been helping individuals and families prepare for a more confident financial future. His main focus is helping those 55 and older with life insurance, final expense insurance, long-term care insurance, identity restoration plans and basic financial advisory services. His practice specializes in all types of Medicare-related health and drug plans, tailored specifically to individual needs.

Mark believes in researching the needs of his clients and developing a customized strategy to fit each person’s individual circumstances and needs.

He has passed the Series 66 securities exam and holds licenses in life and health insurance as well as variable contracts in Missouri, Kansas and several other states. He is registered as an Investment Adviser Representative and regularly appears on “Moneyline with Peter Newman” on Saturday afternoons on 98.1 KMBZ FM.

Mark has two grown children. He and his wife, Tina, live in Independence, Missouri. In his free time, Mark enjoys gardening, roller skating, family time and home remodeling.

Jeffery joined The America Group in 2017, and has been in the profession since 2003. He has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, and a Master’s in Accounting and Financial Management. His professional licenses include Life and Health, the Series 7, 6, 63 and 24 securities licenses.

Jeffery is responsible for recruiting, training, coaching and professional development at The America Group. He loves to see individuals with no prior experience enter the business, and on blind trust and his belief in them, be very successful in their career and victorious at doing something they didn’t quite realize they were capable of being successful at.

He’s proud of his character today, and how’s it remained unchanged through thick and thin. As a natural introvert, he enjoys researching and buying real estate, shooting guns, working and playing at the farm, and boating in the Ozarks. His favorite life experience has been sky diving, and if he could eat dinner with anyone he would choose his father and two grandfathers who have passed away.

Jean Harmison has been associated with NAIFA since 1999 when she became the NAIFA Springfield local executive .  In 2016, Jean became the NAIFA Missouri State Executive.  Jean is a 2010 LILI graduate.    

In 1997, Jean Harmison founded a professional management company and named it Club Management Services.  Her team manages national, state and local associations.  In 2012, Jean was recognized as one of Springfield's Business Journal's 20 Most Influential Women and in 2016, Club Management Services was selected as one of the five finalists for the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year Award.
